The more we know, the more we love - One of the fruits of knowing Allah (5)

Since 2012-12-06

Today I want to share with you one of the fruits of knowing Allah (S.W.T), and thus being able to put our trust in Him, and thus being able to handle this world and its challenges in far better ways.

This is the story of Moses peace be upon him after Bano Israel believed in him and accepted his call and his message, and rejected Pharaoh. Allah (S.W.T) gave Moses (peace be upon him) the command to leave Egypt because Pharaoh and his people were conspiring to destroy Moses Alyhi Assalam and Bano Israel.

So in the early hours of the morning they left Egypt, Pharaoh and his soldiers followed them, they reached a dead end they reached the sea, physically speaking there was no escape, no way out, that was the end of Moses and Bano Israel, and this was the impression Bano Israel had, Allah (S.W.T) said about them in The Holy Qur’an: { And when the two hosts saw each other, the companions of Musa (Moses) said: “We are sure to be overtaken.” (61) [Musa (Moses)] said: “Nay, verily! With me is my Lord, He will guide me.”} [Ash-Shu'ara 26:61-62]

Transliteration: Falamma taraa aljamAAani qala ashabu moosa innalamudrakoona (61) Qala kalla inna maAAiya rabbee sayahdeeni

He was speaking from a different world; he was living in a totally different world as if it was different from the physical world but in reality he was in the physical world, he was in touch with reality but what was the advantage Moses Alyhi Assalam had? He had knowledge about Allah so he could see through the physical world, he could see through the tangible and physical challenges that we face in this world.

So if we get to know more about Allah (S.W.T) new horizons will open before our eyes, more potential in life, and more attachment to Allah, and so many roles will change, this is what awaits the people who get to know more about Allah (S.W.T) and love Him more, and are drawn to this love even more.
