على الصعيد الميداني، تعد "المعسكرات الكبرى" التي أنشأتها حكومة نيجيريا بمثابة مواقع ترسانة عسكرية كبيرة، جرى تصميمها بشكل دائري وليس لها سوى منفذ واحد، وتحوي ألف جندي أو يزيدون، وعشرات الآليات والمدرعات المحمّلة بمختلف أنواع الرشاشات الثقيلة، ناهيك عن الأسلحة الثقيلة المنصوبة على الأرض موزّعة على أطراف المعسكر من كل الجهات، محاطة بالخنادق والمتاريس والتلال، والمسافة التي يبعد الواحد منها عن الآخر تتراوح ما بين ثلاثة إلى خمسة كيلومترات، وأقصاها عشرة كيلومترات لضمان الإمداد، وبينها دوريات دائمة واستطلاع مكثف من الطائرات المسيرة.

وكان الهدف من إنشاء هذه المعسكرات على تخوم مناطق المجاهدين وطرق تنقلهم؛ هو إطباق الحصار عليهم، لإعاقة تحركاتهم وقطع خطوط إمدادهم أثناء الحملات التي يشنها المرتدون عليهم، ومن أجل تسهيل حشد جيوشهم وتحريك أرتالهم انطلاقا من تلك المعسكرات على حساب دفاعات المجاهدين الأمامية.

ولم يكن مخطط حصار مناطق المجاهدين بهذه المعسكرات وليد اللحظة، إلا أنهم قاموا بتطويره في الآونة الأخيرة بشكل كبير، وقد منّاهم الشيطان منذ خمسة أعوام مضت بأنهم لا محالة ناجحون في القضاء على الدولة الإسلامية في غرب إفريقية بهذه الطريقة، لكن الحقيقة الواقعية باتت عكس ذلك، واتضح للجميع أن وعودهم كسراب بقيعة لا حقيقة لها، إذ إن الله يخيب آمالهم ويذهب مسعاهم أدراج الرياح في كل مرة، كما قال تعالى: {يَعِدُهُمْ وَيُمَنِّيهِمْ وَمَا يَعِدُهُمُ الشَّيْطَانُ إِلَّا غُرُورًا}، قال ابن كثير: "وهذا إخبار عن الواقع؛ لأن الشيطان يعد أولياءه ويمنيهم بأنهم هم الفائزون في الدنيا والآخرة، وقد كذب وافترى في ذلك". وبات المجاهدون يخرجون عقب كل حملة أصلب عودا وأقوى إرادة وأخلص يقينا وإيمانا وأسلم لرب العالمين.

لقد أخذ المرتدون كل احتياطاتهم وحسبوا كل الحسابات حتى اعتقدوا أن "المعسكرات الكبرى" حلقات من حديد ودوائر مغلقة لا تُخترق، وظنوا أن لن يقدر عليهم أحد اغترارا بالنفس وزُهوًّا بالقوة، لكنهم تناسوا أو ربما جهلوا احتمالا واحدا لم يحسبوا حسابه ومنه يؤتون، وهو أنهم قوم مجرمون وأن بأس الله تعالى لا يرد عن القوم المجرمين، فأتاهم الله من حيث لم يحتسبوا وهدى جنود الخلافة لوضع خطة مهاجمة هذه المعسكرات بطريقة لم يتوقعوها، فلقد كانوا يتوقعون أن يهاجم المجاهدون هذه المعسكرات بأرتال الآليات، مما يتيح للعدو استهدافها جوًّا وبرّا قبل وصولها للهدف، لكن المجاهدون اتبعوا تكتيكات أخرى من خلال مباغتة تمركزات العدو عبر دوريات مشاة بحيث لا يرونهم إلا فوق رؤوسهم، فلا يبقى لهم خيار إلا أن يفروا ويتركوا مواقعهم كما حدث مؤخرا في معسكر "سابون غاري" ومن قبله "كاريتو" و "كوكاوا" وغيرها.

ولقد ظهر جليا فشل استراتيجية "المعسكرات الكبرى" في نتائج حملات الجيش النيجيري التي يشنها منذ سنوات في "غابات ألغارنو" والتي تحولت بفضل الله تعالى إلى دورة موسمية لاستنزاف القوات النيجيرية عسكريا وبشريا وإلحاق خسائر كبيرة في صفوفهم، مما زاد من تفاقم النكسات العسكرية للقوات في مناطق شمال شرق نيجيريا، وفاقم الأزمات الداخلية في الحكومة وقادتها.

على الصعيد الدولي، دفع هذا الإخفاق المتكرر التحالف الصليبي لمحاولة التغطية على فشله والتكتم على فضيحته بالاكتفاء بالدعم السري لهذه الحملات الفاشلة حتى لا تُنسب له نتائج فشلها!، وصار التحالف الإفريقي أكثر التحالفات العسكرية تشتتا وتمزقا، كما اتضح للحكومات الإفريقية أن الدول الصليبية عاجزة عن حماية أمنها فضلا عن أن تحمي حلفاءها وأذنابها في إفريقية، وقد عصفت بهم أعاصير الأزمات وجعل الله بتدبيره بأسهم بينهم و "فاقد الشيء لا يعطيه".

وأخيرا وليس آخرا، فإن المجاهدين لا يتطلعون إلى اقتلاع المعسكرات التي اتخذها المرتدون حصونا لمدنهم فحسب، بل يتطلعون لما هو أبعد من ذلك، إنهم عازمون على انتزاع المدن ذاتها من بين براثنهم بعون الله، وليبخعن نفسه أسفا ويموتن كمدا من بقي منهم حيّا عندما ينجز الله لعباده وعده، قال تعالى: {مَن كَانَ يَظُنُّ أَن لَّن يَنصُرَهُ اللَّهُ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ فَلْيَمْدُدْ بِسَبَبٍ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ ثُمَّ لْيَقْطَعْ فَلْيَنظُرْ هَلْ يُذْهِبَنَّ كَيْدُهُ مَا يَغِيظُ}.

وإيماننا بالذي رفع السماء بلا عمد، أنه لو أحاط الصليبيون بالمؤمنين بمعسكراتهم إحاطة الهالة بالقمر والسوار بالمعصم وجعلوا فوقهم أسراب الطائرات عدد الطيور لأنفذ الله أمره، وأنجز وعده، ونصر عباده، وهزم الأحزاب وحده، والله غالب على أمره ولكن أكثر الناس لا يعلمون.

يَعِدُهم وَيُمَنّيهِم

باتت تصريحات الطاغوت النيجيري حول نيتهم إنفاق "ثلثي ميزانيتهم" على "حرب الإرهاب"، مدعاة للسخرية بين الناس، كما وصفوا تعداده "القضاء على الإرهاب" ضمن "إنجازات" العام الفائت بـ "الهراء" وتساءلوا مستغربين كيف تُصرف هذه الميزانيات الضخمة في محاربة ما زعموا القضاء عليه مرات عديدة!، بل وما زالت حملاتهم المتعثرة تدفع ثمنا باهظا في غابات ألغارنو وغيرها من أدغال غرب إفريقية.

إقليميا، وصلت نوبة اضطراب الطاغوت النيجيري إلى أسوأ مراحلها، إذ أصبح عامِهًا مترددا بين الدول في تسوّل ومسكنة يستجدي هذه ويسترضي تيك، كالشاة العائرة بين قطيعين لا تدري أيهما تتبع، فاستجدى فرنسا الصليبية التي رحلت عن دويلات إفريقية بعد فشلها في تأهيل الجيوش المحلية لمكافحة الجهاد رغم سرقتها لثرواتهم، كما حاول استرضاء دويلة النيجر بعد انسحابها من التحالف الإفريقي المتفكّك الذي فشل هو الآخر في مهمته ضد المجاهدين، دويلة النيجر التي أنهكتها ضربات جنود الخلافة التي تطالها من كل الجهات حتى باتت محصورة بالمعنى الحقيقي بين فكي الأسد.

لقد حار الطاغوت المخمور وارتبك وهو يرى جيشه الموصوف بأقوى الجيوش الإفريقية؛ تنهار معنوياته، وتتهاوى "معسكراته الكبرى" التي لاذوا بها وأسندوا ظهورهم إليها، وكيف أصبحت -بفضل الله وحده- في مُتناول الثلة المؤمنة التي تستمد عزتها وتقتبس قوتها من لدن القوي العزيز الذي لا يعجزه شيء، وهذا سر ثباتهم وإصرارهم {وَلِلَّهِ الْعِزَّةُ وَلِرَسُولِهِ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَلَٰكِنَّ الْمُنَافِقِينَ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ}.

لم تعد هناك حاجة مُلحة إلى تجنيد ميليشيات جديدة لحرب المجاهدين، فقد وصلت أساليب "مكافحة الإرهاب" إلى مرحلة متقدمة يتم فيها احتواء وتدجين "جهاديين سابقين" للقيام بالمهمة، بما يضمن مصالح النظام الدولي الكفري، ويشبع رغبة المفتونين بالحكم، رأينا ذلك في نسخ عديدة أبرزها "حكومة طالبان" وأحدثها "حكومة الإنقاذ" وكلاهما دخل القصور الرئاسية بموافقة الجهات المعنية.
وكنا طرحنا قبل سنوات أن سبب عدم سقوط النظام النصيري "رسميا" رغم سقوطه "فعليا"، هو "غياب البديل!" لأن البديل كان آنذاك إما الدولة الإسلامية، أو الفوضى العارمة التي تهدد أيضا حدود اليهود، ولذلك حالت الجهود "الأمريكية اليهودية الروسية الإيرانية" مجتمعة دون إسقاطه، لكن يبدو أنه خلال هذه السنوات وعبر "إستراتيجية التدجين"، تم إنضاج البديل على نار هادئة بعد أن صنع من مقره في "إدلب" نسخة مصغرة لشكل "سوريا المستقبل" وصدّر صورة مقبولة دولية لنظام وطني "غليظ" مع الأكثرية المؤمنة "رقيق" مع "الأقلية" الكافرة.
تدجين وترويض هذه الهيئات، يتم عبر مسارات طويلة في أقبية مراكز الدراسات والاستخبارات، تمر بعمليات فحص واختبارات عديدة للتأكد من مدى جدية وتفاني هذه الهيئات في محاربة الجهاد وهدم العقيدة!، وتستمر في ذلك السقوط حتى تصل إلى "مرحلة نضج" تمكّنها من استلام التكاليف الحكومية الأمنية أو الإدارية، كما رأينا مؤخرا في سوريا ومن قبل في أفغانستان.
وبناء عليه، توالت تصريحات مسؤولين يهود وأمريكيين وروس وإيرانيين وغيرهم حول "فتح قنوات اتصال" مباشرة وغير مباشرة مع "المعارضة السورية!" بعد تسلّمها الحكم خلفا للنظام النصيري، هذه الاتصالات لم تكن وليدة اللحظة الثورية، فلم يستيقظ قادة هذه الدول على أخبار سقوط المدن والبلدات بسرعة الآليات! ليقولوا يا للهول!، لقد سقط الأسد! علينا أن نتصل بقادة المعارضة الآن! وأن ننسق معهم قبل فوات الأوان! ليس هذا ما حدث، إن ما حدث عملية إبدال مدروسة للنظام النصيري بنظام جديد يحارب الشرع بـ "الشرع!".
أما عن أسباب إذعان الحركات الجهادية إلى هذا المسار الجاهلي، ولماذا تنكث غزلها وتنقلب على أعقابها؟! فالأسباب والتفسيرات كثيرة طويلة طول مسارات الحرب على الجهاد التي ترعاها قوى الكفر، لكن لعل أبرزها: وصول هؤلاء "الجهاديين المدجنين" إلى نتيجة حاسمة أنه لا جدوى من سلوك سبيل الجهاد في إحداث التغيير المنشود، لأنهم سيصطدمون بكل قوى الكفر العالمي وسيدفعون أثمانا كبيرة لم تطقها قلوبهم المريضة ولا نفوسهم المروّضة! فيجنحون إلى مداهنة ومسايرة الجاهلية الدولية بدلا من مصادمتها ومفاصلتها، وصارت تلك عندهم حنكة ونضجا بعد أن كانت ردة وخيانة ونكوصا.
ولذلك بعد 13 عاما من "الجهاد الثوري" في الشام، أصبح الولاء والبراء "طائفية" وفُسّت الثورة بأنها "قتال اضطراري" ضد "أسرة حاكمة" متسلطة رفضت الحوار وتقاسم السلطة! وليست حربا دينية ضد نظام نصيري كافر حتى بدون "صيدنايا" ومشتقاته، ولذلك خلت خطابات "مهووس السُّلطة واللَّقطة" من وصف النظام بـ "النصيري" خشية أن تُحسب عليه! وهو ما لا يقبله رعاة النظام الجديد ولا دستورهم الجاهلي المزمع تفصيله قريبا ليناسب مقاس "سوريا المستقبل" مع قرب أفول حدود "سايكس-بيكو" وبروز حدود "نتنياهو-ترامب".
وفي سياق النضج الجاهلي لم يغب عن هؤلاء الوطنيين وهم يشرحون معالم "سوريا المستقبل" أن يُظهروا تمايزهم عن الدولة الإسلامية مع أن هذا التمايز لا تخطئه العين، لكنهم حريصون على تذكير المعنيين بأنهم على منهاج النظام الدولي ومواثيقه الجاهلية! وليسوا بحال على منهاج النبوة الذي يكلفهم الكثير.
على النقيض تماما، من سلوك دول الكفر المتلائم مع "الجهاديين المدجنين"؛ تقاطرت نفس هذه الدول الكافرة على إعلان خشيتها وتكرار تحذيراتها من استغلال الدولة الإسلامية للأحداث الجارية، وفي هذا السياق نفسّر سلسلة الغارات الكثيفة التي شنّها التحالف الصليبي على مواقع الدولة الإسلامية في "وسط سوريا" قبيل الحدث بأسابيع قليلة، ثم كررها تزامنا مع الحدث رغم بعد "الوسط" عن حدود دويلة يهود.
ولأن التحليلات تصيب وتخطئ، ولأن التقلُّبات والمتغيرات السياسية لا تهدأ؛ فإن من سياسة (النبأ) ربط المسلمين بالعقائد والمناهج فإنها لا تتبدل بمرور الأيام ولا بتغير الأحداث لأن ميزان الشرع ثابت، خلافا لسياسة الحركات والأحزاب الجاهلية ومناهجها المتغيرة.
في البعد الإيماني للحدث، ظهر تدبير اللطيف الخبير وحكمته البالغة في دفع هؤلاء الشركاء المتشاكسين بعضهم ببعض، ما نتج عنه فكاك أسارى المسلمين بعد سنوات طويلة من التعذيب في سجون "الأقلية" النصيرية، وإن كانت الصورة التي جرى عليها الحال، لم تحقق للمسلمين شفاء وثأرا تاما من أئمة الكفر وجزاري النظام النصيري، لحكمة قدرها الله تعالى، ولعل شفاء صدور المؤمنين والمؤمنات واكتمال فصول ثأرهم يكون على أيدي الأسُد الغضاب الذين يعاقبون المعتدي بأحكام الشريعة لا أحكام الدستور، فلا تأخذهم في الله لومة لائم سلفهم محمد ﷺ وصحبه ﴿أَشِدَّاءُ عَلَى الْكُفَّارِ رُحَمَاءُ بَيْنَهُمْ﴾.
وفي السياق المنهجي، أظهرت الأحداث الأخيرة مجددا تشوّه مفهوم "التحرير" عند العامة والخاصة، فيوم سقطت المناطق في أيدي الميليشيات الكردية قالوا تحررت!، ويوم سقطت في أيدي النصيرية قالوا تحررت!، ويوم سقطت في أيدي الصحوات التركية أو الأمريكية قالوا تحررت! والقاسم المشترك بين هذه الحالات المتباينة هو انحياز الدولة الإسلامية منها بعد أن حكمتها بالشريعة الإسلامية، فهل "التحرر" عند هؤلاء هو التحرر من حكم الإسلام؟!
إن التحرير يعني أن يعلو المكان والإنسان أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية، فتحكم المسلم في أقواله وأفعاله، بل حتى في حبه وبغضه وموالاته ومعاداته، وبالنظر إلى الواقع الشامي، فلا شك أن التحرير بمفهومه الشرعي ما يزال مفقودا.
وعليه، فمن كان خلافه مع الأسد وعائلته وحاشيته وصورته وتمثاله، فقد انتهت ثورته! ومن كان خلافه مع نظام مرتد يقوم على تعطيل الشريعة والاحتكام للمجالس الانتخابية والدساتير الكفرية وحماية المراقد الوثنية وموالاة الكافرين دولا وأقليات، بحجة "العلاقات الدولية" و"النسيج الوطني"، فإن المشكلة ما زالت قائمة، بل ستتفاقم، ولذلك سيتواصل الجهاد على ثرى الشام لأن غايته سيادة الشريعة ونبذ الشرك، أما الثورة فتنتهي وتتوقف عند حدود صناديق الاقتراع، ﴿وَمَنْ كَانَ فِي هَذِهِ أَعْمَى فَهُوَ فِي الْآَخِرَةِ أَعْمَى وَأَضَلُّ سَبِيلًا﴾.

Umrah as Narrated in the Sunnah - Basic Guide!

Get Started with Ihraam

Ihraam means having the intention to begin the rituals of Hajj or 'Umrah. The umrah travel agency guide will help you to get started with Ihram.

When the pilgrim wants to enter ihram, he should change his clothes and perform ghusl like that done to purify himself from janaabah (impurity after sexual activity). Then he should use any available perfume – musk, or whatever – on his head and beard. It does not matter whether traces of that perfume will remain after he enters ihraam.

Doing ghusl when entering ihraam is Sunnah for both men and women, even women who are bleeding after childbirth or menstruating, because the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) commanded Asma’ bint ‘Umays, when she was bleeding after childbirth, to do ghusl when she entered ihraam, and to bandage her private parts and enter ihram. Narrated by Muslim, 1209.
Then, after doing ghusl and putting on perfume, the pilgrim should put on the clothes of ihram and – except for women who are bleeding after childbirth or menstruating – should offer the obligatory prayer, if that is at the time of an obligatory prayer. Otherwise, he should pray two rak’ahs with the intention of the Sunnah prayer of wudu’. When the prayerer has completed praying, they should face towards Qiblah. He may delay ihraam until he has boarded his means of transport and is ready to depart, but he must enter ihram before leaving the miqat for Makkah.

Then he should say, Labbaik Allahumma bi 'Umrah (Here I am, O Allah, for 'Umrah).

Then he should recite the Talbiyah as the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) did: “Labbaik Allahumma labbaik, labbaika la sharika laka labbaik. Inna al-hamd wa’l-ni’mata laka wal-mulk, laa sharika lak.
The Talbiyah of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) also included the words: “Labbaika ilaah al-haqq (Here I am, O God of truth).”

Men should raise their voices when they say it, because the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Jibreel came to me and told me to tell my companions and those who are with me to raise their voices when they recite the Talbiyah.” Classified as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh Abi Dawood, 1599.

The woman should recite it in such a way that those standing next to her can hear her, unless there is a man standing next to her who is not one of her maharim, in which case she should recite it silently.

If the person who is entering ihram fears some obstacle that may prevent him from completing his pilgrimage (such as sickness, an enemy, being prevented from proceeding, etc.), then he should stipulate a condition when entering ihram by saying: “If I am prevented, then my exit from ihraam is where I am prevented” – that is, if something prevents me from completing my pilgrimage, such as sickness or being late, etc., then I will exit my ihraam. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) ordered Dubaa’ah bint al-Zubayr, when she wanted to enter ihram but was sick, to stipulate such a condition, and he said: “Your condition is valid with your Lord.” Narrated by al-Bukhaari (5089) and Muslim (1207).

If he stipulates this condition and something happens to prevent him from completing his pilgrimage, then he may exit his ihraam and does not need to do anything (i.e., offer a sacrifice in compensation).

But the one who does not fear that any obstacle may prevent him from completing his pilgrimage does not need to stipulate any conditions, because the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) did not stipulate conditions nor did he order everyone to do so. Rather, he told Dubaa’ah bint al-Zubayr to do so because she was ill.

The muhrim (a person who has entered ihraam) should recite the Talbiyah a lot, especially when circumstances and times change, such as when you go to a high place or go down to a low place, or when night or day begins. After that, he should ask Allah for His favors and Paradise, and seek refuge from the Fire in His Mercy.

Talbiyah is prescribed in ‘Umrah from the time one enters ihraam until he begins Tawaaf. When the muhrim begins Tawaaf he should stop reciting Talbiyah.
Tawaf is Compulsory
Every time he passes by the Black Stone, he should face it and say ‘Allahu akbar’, and for the rest of his tawaaf he should recite whatever he likes from dhikr, dua’ and Quran, because tawaf around the Ka’bah was established for the remembrance of Allah.

In Tawaaf men must do two things:

1 – Uncover the right shoulder (ittibaa’) from the beginning of tawaaf until the end. This is done by placing the middle of the rida’ (upper garment) below the right armpit and the ends of the rida’ over the left shoulder. When the pilgrim finishes tawaaf, he should put his rida’ back on as before tawaf, because the time to wear it with one shoulder uncovered is only in tawaf.

2 - Raml on the first three circuits only. Raml means walking quickly with short steps. On the last four circuits there is no raml, the pilgrim must walk normally.

When the pilgrim completes seven circuits of tawaaf, he should cover his right shoulder and then go to the Station of Ibrahim (Maqam Ibrahim) and recite the words (interpretation of the meaning):

"Take the Maqam of Abraham as a place of prayer [or the stone on which Ibrahim (Abraham) stood while building the Ka'bah] (for some of your prayers, i.e. two rakat after the Tawaaf of the Kaaba in Makkah)."

[al-Baqarah 2:125]

Then he should pray two rak’ahs behind the Station; in the first rak’ah after reciting al-Fatihah he should recite Ya ayyuhal-kaafiroon (Surah al-Kaafiroon 109) and in the second Qul Huwa Allahu ahad (Surat al-Ikhlas 112). Then when he has finished this prayer, he should go to the Black Stone and touch it if he is able. It is prescribed at this time to touch it only; if he is unable to do that, then he should go away and not point to it.

Saa'i

Then he should go out to Mas'aa (place for saa'i) and when he comes near as-Safa' he should recite (interpretation of the meaning):

“Indeed, As-Safa and Al Marwah are among the sacred places of Allah.”

[al-Baqarah 2:158]

And he should say: "Nabda'u bima bada'a Allah bihi (We begin with that with which Allah began)."

He should repeat this three times, and in between make du'a. He should recite this dhikr, then make du’aa’, then recite it again and make du'a’, and recite it a third time, then go down to al-Marwah, and not make du'a’ after the third time.

The verse (interpretation of the meaning):

“Indeed, As-Safan and Al Marwah (two mountains in Makkah) are among the sacred places of Allah.

[al-Baqarah 2:158]

It should be recited by the pilgrim who wants to perform saa’i when he approaches as-Safa at the beginning of the saa’i only. It is not mustahab to repeat it every time he approaches as-Safa, as some people do.

Shave your head or cut your hair

When he completes the seven circuits (of saa’i), he should shave his head if he is a man, or cut off some of his hair. If he shaves his head, he should shave all of it, and if he cuts his hair, he should cut it off his entire head. Shaving is better than cutting because the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) made dua’ three times for those who shaved their heads and once for those who cut their hair. Narrated by Muslim, 1303.

Women should cut their hair to fingertip length.
