Allah says: { وَهُوَ الْغَفُورُ الْوَدُودُ }

What is the rulling on, when a Muslim say "We believe we are all children of Allah" Basing it on the weak Hadeeth (All creations are sustained by Allah). Please provide details of the ruling.
