He lives in a city where there are no other Muslims; how should he pray Jumu‘ah?

I live in a city where there are no other Muslims and no Mosques. I need to peform my friday Jumuah, unfortunately I am not knowledgeable enough to peform the prayer myself, may I use a audio recording to lead me? Also may I use earphones since I don't want to disturb those in the next room and it blocks out distracting noises. I'm studying so that I may peform my own prayers confidently, in the meantime may I use these measures?.

What is the ruling on neglecting the Sunan al-Fitrah, and does that have any effect on tahaarah (purity)?

I have noted that some worshippers let their nails grow long and they are filled with dirt. Is this befitting for a Muslim? Is their wudoo’ valid? Is there a specified time limit for cutting the nails, or for doing other things that are Sunan al-Fitrah (specific sunnahs connected to the natural disposition of man)?

Enthusiasm when one first repents, followed by slackening off

When a person repents, he makes a vigorous start and says: "The Shaytaan is telling me to slow down", so he does more acts of worship. Then his enthusiasm cools down, and he says: "Allah does not burden any person beyond his scope", and his acts of worship become less until he goes back to the way he was. 

My question: What advice can you give? Should he make a vigorous start, or take a gradual approach until it is established and then add more after a while, or should he follow the saying: "When your wind blows, then make the most of it"?.

Is it proven that the righteous wife will have a reward like that of one who fasts and prays qiyaam?

I once read a hadith in an islamic forum but the reference for the hadith was not mentioned. The hadith sounds beautiful but i'll love to confirm it's authenticity before i quote it to anyone. The hadith goes like this, the Prophet(saw) said, " When one of youdoes her best to be a good wife, The reward equals someone who is fasting all day and praying all night." A man lives within a community that commits shirk (polytheism) by appealing for help from other than Allah. Is he allowed to pray with them with their leading the prayer? Is it obligatory to abandon them? Is their Shirk considered shirk al-akbar (great and serious act of disbelief by associating other beings with Allah's supremacy)?
