Deceiving Allah Almighty

Since 2012-11-13

If altering the names and shapes had an effect on the rulings and facts, religions would have been spoiled and altered and Islam would have been vanished.

The certificates of deposit are gamble, usury and attempt to deceive Allah Almighty

Jews attempted to deceive Allah’s ruling; so He transformed them into apes and pigs.

‘A`ishah (the mother of the believers): “Tell him that he nullified his jihad with the Messenger of Allah (prayers and peace of Allah be upon him).”

A trick to make lawful what is declared to be unlawful: Allah’s curse on the tongue of His Messenger (prayers and peace of Allah be upon him).”

Financial fraud: Allah will turn it to be humiliation casted upon him.

Destroying the blessings: War from Allah – Having the misfortunes increased.

Traps of contemporary transactions:

Among the gravest traps that are plotted against Islam and Muslims, in the recent times, are the deception, craftiness and slyness which attempt to declare what is prohibited by Allah as permitted and to do the contrary of whatever He enjoined and forbade and to make as desirable whatever is unanimously agreed upon its being detested by the righteous forefathers.

Facts are the essence:

If altering the names and shapes had an effect on the rulings and facts, religions would have been spoiled and altered and Islam would have been vanished. The logic of those who try to deceive Allah is like the logic of those who said ‘Trading is only like usury’ and Allah Almighty said to them: {Allâh has permitted trading and forbidden Ribâ (usury)} [Surat Al-Baqarah 2:275]

Transliteration: waahalla Allahu albayAAa waharrama alrriba

Among the examples of contemporary ruses:

A.   Gamble and certificates of deposit:

It is to deposit 50 dollars (for example) the bank or the company invests them in usury transactions to be 55 dollars (for example). Then the bank takes this increase (5 dollars) to gamble with the profits of the other bearers of certificates. Then, if you won, you would win usury money from the process of gamble with the usurious profits or the other bearers of certificates. On the other hand, if you lost, you would have gambled by your usurious profits, which had been invested by the bank, and gained nothing but humiliation and Allah’s anger and punishment. This is one of the examples of traps; it seems as if you deposited 50 dollars and lost nothing. They pretend that it is not a gamble process and that it is permitted; rather it includes gambling by usurious profits are called ‘prize’! In fact, it is gamble, usury and altering to the rulings of the Sharia.

B.    ‘Yînnah transaction (i.e. Selling the same bought thing):

It is to buy something by one thousand dollars (for example) in installments then to sell it to the same company (or another company) by six hundred dollars in cash, to have liquid money! By Allah, what is the difference between selling one hundred by one hundred and twenty clearly and buying something then selling it again for the same aim!

If you wanted to share in the certificates of deposit, in order that you may become millionaire, you would avoid one of the following punishments:

1.    Transformation:

Allah the Exalted the Glorious says: {And indeed you knew those amongst you who transgressed in the matter of the Sabbath (i.e. Saturday). We said to them: “Be you monkeys, despised and rejected.”} [Surat Al-Baqarah 2:65]

Transliteration: Walaqad AAalimtumu allatheena iAAtadaw minkum fee alssabti faqulna

Also, the Prophet (prayers and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “From among my followers there will be some people who will consider illegal sexual intercourse, the wearing of silk, the drinking of alcohol and the use of musical instruments, as lawful. And there will be some people who will stay near the side of a mountain and in the evening their shepherd will come to them with their sheep and ask them for something, but they will say to him, ‘Return to us tomorrow.’ Allah will destroy them during the night and will let the mountain fall on them, and He will transform the rest of them into apes and pigs and they will remain so till the Day of Resurrection.” [Reported by Al-Bukhari

«ليكونن من أمتي أقوام، يستحلون الحر والحرير، والخمر والمعازف، ولينزلن أقوام إلى جنب علم، يروح عليهم بسارحة لهم، يأتيهم -يعني الفقير- لحاجة فيقولوا: ارجع إلينا غدا، فيبيتهم الله، ويضع العلم، ويمسخ آخرين قردة وخنازير إلى يوم القيامة» رواه البخاري

Ibn Al-Qayyim said: “When they transformed His Shari’ah and altered it, Allah transformed their faces and altered them.

2.    Curse:

Allah Almighty said: {or curse them as We cursed the Sabbath-breakers. And the Commandment of Allâh is always executed} [Surat An-Nisa 4:47]

Transliteration: aw nalAAanahum kama laAAannaashaba alssabti wakana amru Allahi mafAAoolan

and the Prophet (prayers and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “Curse of Allah be upon the one who marries a divorced woman with the intention of making her lawful for her former husband and upon the one for whom she is made lawful.” [Reported by Abu Dawud and authenticated by Al-Albani]

«لعن الله المحلل والمحلل له» رواه أبو داود وصححه الألباني

And he (prayers and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “May Allah curse the Jews, for Allah had forbidden them to eat the fat of animals but they melted it and sold it.” [Reported by Al-Bukhari]

«قاتل الله اليهود حرمت عليهم الشحوم، فجملوها فباعوها» رواه البخاري

Al-Khattabi said: “It indicates nullifying any deceit for doing what is prohibited.

3.    Destroying the blessings:

Allah Almighty said: {Allâh will destroy Ribâ (usury) and will give increase for Sadaqât (deeds of charity, alms, etc.)} [Surat Al-Baqarah 2:276]

Transliteration: Yamhaqu Allahu alrriba wayurbee alssadaqati

Also, when the people of the garden attempted to prevent the rights of the poor people the result became as it is narrated by Allah Almighty in His saying: {Then there passed by on the (garden) a visitation (fire) from your Lord at night and burnt it while they were asleep. So the (garden) became black by the morning, like a pitch dark night (in complete ruins)} [Surat Al-Qalam 68:19-20]

Transliteration: Fatafa AAalayha taifun min rabbika wahum naimoona (19) Faasbahat kaalssareemi

Such transactions destroy money, values, ideas and creeds; even if they displayed false help.

4.    Having the rewards nullified:

When ‘A’ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) was told that Zaid ibn Thabit bought something in installments and sold it in cash, without intending doing that; she said: “Tell Zaid that his Jihad is nullified unless he repents.

Allah is Great! Zaid the companion who has virtues; Zaid the memorizer and collector of the Holy Qur`an! Then, what about the others?!

5.    Resembling the hypocrites:

Allah Almighty said: {Verily, the hypocrites seek to deceive Allâh, but it is He Who deceives them} [Surat An-Nisâ` 4:142],

Transliteration: yukhadiAAoona Allaha wahuwa khadiAAuhum

The hypocrite pretends to be a Muslim who holds fast to the ties of Islam, while he actually is not so. The same is about who attempts to alter the rulings of the Shari’ah; he pretends something outwardly while he hides another thing in the transaction and contract.

6.    Not having the misfortune relieved:

The Prophet (prayers and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “A man may set a long journey with disheveled dust-covered hair and raises his hand to the heaven (saying) O Lord, O Lord; although his food is ill-gotten and his drink is ill- gotten and his clothes is ill- gotten and he is fed with ill- gotten food. So, how would he have his invocation answered?!”

«الرجل يطيل السفر أشعث أغبر يمد يده إلى السماء يارب يارب، ومطعمه حرام ومشربه وملبسه حرام وغذي بالحرام، فأنى يستجاب لذلك» رواه مسلم

7.    The diseases that affect the wives and children and being threatened with Hell:

The Prophet (prayers and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “Some people spend Allah’s Wealth (i.e. Muslim’s wealth) in an unjust manner; such people will be put in (Hell) Fire on the Day of Resurrection.” [Reported by Al-Bukhari]

«إن رجالاً يتخوضون في مال الله بغير حق فلهم النار يوم القيامة» رواه البخاري

And he said: “Everybody is grown up from ill-gotten property; (Hell) Fire is worthier of him.” [Authenticated by Al-Albani]

«كل جسد نبت من سحت فالنار أولى به» صححه الألباني

The righteous forefathers said: “A man should consider his loaf of bread, from where is it? And his dirham, from where is it?

8.    Humbleness and disgrace:

The Prophet (prayers and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “When you enter into the ‘Yînnah transaction (i.e. usurious transaction), hold the tails of oxen, are pleased with agriculture, and give up conducting jihad (fighting in the way of Allah). Allah will make disgrace prevail over you, and will not withdraw it until you return to your religion.” [Reported by Abu Dawud and authenticated by Al-Albani]

«إذا تبايعتم بالعينة وأخذتم أذناب البقر ورضيتم بالزرع وتركتم الجهاد، سلط الله عليكم ذلاً لا ينزعه حتى ترجعوا إلى دينكم» رواه أبو داود وصححه الألباني

When Imam Malik was asked about ‘Yînnah transaction (i.e. buying something in installments to sell it in cash with lower price in order to have liquidity), he said: “Allah would never be deceived; this is forbidden by Allah and His Messenger.

9.    War from Allah:

Allah Almighty said: {then take a notice of war from Allâh and His Messenger} [Surat Al-Baqarah 2:279]

Transliteration: fathanoo biharbin mina Allahi warasoolihi

Actually, the consequences of this are numerous and they are contrary to the aim of the legislator; the legislator blocks the way to the evil by every way while the deceiver tries to unblock it by his humbugs. When the deceit was mentioned to Shurayk, he said: “He who tries to betray Allah, Allah betrays him.

Ibn Al-Mubarak said about one deceit: “I do not think that Satan knew something like that; rather he learnt it from such people.

Imam Ahmad, Imam of the people of Sunnah, said: “They deliberately tried to cancel the Sunan; they deceived to make as lawful what is declared to be prohibited.

Ayub said: “They seek to deceive Allah as they deceive the boys; if they did what is ordained, it would be easier for them.

Care for your religion:

Make your answer ready for the question of Allah about your money; it is narrated that the man will be asked about his money: “From where did he earn it, and in what did he spend it?”  [Al-Albani, authentic by the virtue of another]

«من أين اكتسبه وفيما أنفقه» الألباني، صحيح لغيره

The Prophet (prayers and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “A time will come to people in which a man will not care from where he earned the money; is it earned from lawful or unlawful (source)?” [Reported by Al-Bukhari]

«ليأتين على الناس زمان لا يبالي المرء بما أخذ المال، أمن حلال أم من حرام» رواه البخاري

The point:

You should know that the forbidden tricks in usury and gamble, which make the deceived man negative sad sorry person, depends on calling the thing with a name other than the actual one and changing the shape while keeping the essence as it is. In fact, deeds are based on the intentions and the ruling is based on the essence. Moreover, you should know that Allah would never be deceived; rather He knows the fraud of the eyes and all that the chests conceal.
