Praise only be to Allah, and peace and blessings be on his last Prophet, and so:
It is observed that during Ramadan, many women passed Ramadan's days in negligence, shortness and busyness by useless things that will not benefit them in the world and after world, because of that we wanted to plan (put) a daily program through it she can spend the time of that precious month:
1- The Muslim woman wakes up before dawn (Fajr) to eat Suhur, according to the Prophet's -peace and blessings be upon him- order: "Surely, there is a blessing in Suhur" (Agreed on It), and Al Sunnah here is to delay Suhur.
2- Preparing to the Fajr prayer by ablution and waiting for the call to the prayer (Adhan), then praying Al Fajr Sunnah after insuring that the dawn has arouse, as the Prophet -peace and blessings be upon him- never left it neither while traveling nor at home.
3- She must say the supplications (Azkar) after finishing praying as glorification, Cheers, and praising him (Allah).
4- She must stay in her place to the sunshine supplicating God the Almighty, reading Qur'an, and saying the morning's supplication, then she must pray two rak'as so that she can gain the reward of a complete and perfect Hijj and 'Umra.
5- Then she takes a break (rest) and sleep in order to regain her power if she isn't committed to a job or studying, then she awakens before Al Zohr to pray Al Doha prayer and get prepared to Al Zohr prayer.
6- The Fasting woman should have a specific daily part of the Holy Qur'an to be Read during day, night and her spare time, as the Holy Qur'an has a special Privacy in Ramadan, as God says in this verse: " The month of Ramadan [Is that] in which was revealed the Qur'an, guidance for the people and clear Proofs of guidance and criterion." [Al Baquara 2:185]
Also reading and listening to the Qur'an in that month is one of the greatest duties and honorable allegiances. The Muslim woman should finish reading the Qur'an at least once in that month.
7- When the calling to pray Al 'Asr is made, repeat after the caller, then pray it, and don't forget the supplications after praying.
8- Doing the home duties, as fixing the meals and preparing the family needs with neither exaggeration nor luxury.
9- Assign a time before Al Maghrib (sunset) for the night supplication, because it is a responding time.
10- When the caller calls for Al Maghrib prayer, it is preferred to hasten the breaking of the fast, depending on the Prophet's -peace be upon him- Hadith: "The people will remain on the right path as long as they hasten the breaking of the Fast". [Narrated by Al Bukhari]
Then praying Al Maghrib prayer at its Time.
11- Getting prepared to Al 'Isha' prayer by taking these points into consideration:
a) Al Sunnah says that the woman should pray Al Tarawih prayer in her home and this is better, because the Prophet -peace be upon him- said: "Don't prevent the female servants of Allah from visiting the mosques of Allah, and their homes are better for them" [Narrated by Muslim], but she can pray in the mosque.
b) If she went out to pray in the mosque, then she is not allowed to go out wearing perfume, accessories...ect (she should stick to the islamic rules regarding women's wear) and that is to avoid the bad consequences of such acts.
c) She should not mix with men when exiting the mosque after the Taraweeh prayer.
12- Make sure not to stay up too late, The prophet -peace and blessings be upon him- used to hate nightly chats and talks after Aisha'.
These are hints that we ask Allah to benefit you with in order to make the best out of this holly month, and peace and blessings be upon our prophet Muhammad and upon all his family and companions
