People want the Legislation of Allah

Allah Almighty says, {Or have they partners with Allâh (false gods) who have instituted for them a religion which Allâh has not ordained?} [Surat Ash-Shûrâ: 21]

O Muslims: legislation is a unique attribute singled out for Allah Almighty, Alone.

No one is allowed to share Him in such attribute, neither the angels nor the humans.

Therefore, the Muslim is asked to apply, execute, hear and obey the commands of Allah, Glorified and Exalted and His Messenger, prayers and peace of Allah be upon him.

As for democracy, it is the ruling of the humans. It is not the ruling of Allah, Glorified and Exalted. Democracy abandons the legislation of Allah Almighty and resorts to other legislations. This is one of the greatest sins. This is setting partners to Allah, Glorified and Exalted He is.

My dear brother: even if the candidate is an honest man, fair, charitable, and willing to apply the Law of Allah, even if the elections had been held in a transparent and impartial manner, it is not permissible to participate in electing him.

(The candidate and the voter are equally sinners of setting partners to Allah)

O Allah, guide my people for they do not know. Have I conveyed the message, O Allah be my witness.
